Get an Organ Donor card from your doctor's surgery fill it in and carry it with you , but always tell your parents or partner so if the worst does happen they are fully aware that this is what you wished for after your death and it will also not come as a shock to them .

If you're in the United States, you can register with your state donor registry, sign the back of your drivers' license or state ID card, and/or sign a donor card.
