You must be resting daily, til it blows over. Buy a vaporizer, turn it on at night time. Follow its directions. Garlge a tablespoon of Listerine Gold with 1/2 cup of water or so and spit out the muck.
Eat hot chicken noodle soup. No caffeine or soda pop. No dairy products either. Drink hot tea with plenty of water. Choose Lipton Green Tea. Dbl check your not allergic to any of the ingrediants if buying the box variety.
Change your toothbrush or go out and buy benzoyl peroxide and pour it over the brush, rinse well with hot water. After sickness buy a new toothbrush. Plus stick your toothbrush where noone else can get to it.
you defineately should have been over this by now. my suggestion is to either go back and see your doctor and have them take a second look, maybe she missed something. or go to another doctor.
best wishes
The bacteria affecting you may be resistant to antibiotics, or it could be caused by fungi (which antibiotics do not kill). In this case, maybe you should try silver sinus; it is an all natural product that will help clear up your sinus infection. Before antibiotics were discovered, silver was often used. You can get the facts here and order the product if you wish; it will help you, I am using it right now myself. http://www.silversinus.com
i believe that honey and lemon mixed together (2 spoon honey + half lemon juice) for a few days straight in the morning. other treatment i sometime take and that is 1 small size onion to be eaten with dinner also for a few days.
hope you get well.
You don’t have to getting cold forever! Every time you catch cold you can take L-Lysine to shorten or stop it happen. You can find it at vitamin section. A life saving L-Lysine is amino acid; it is neither medicine nor vitamin. Virus needs amino acid to multiply, but cold viruses don’t know L-Lysine is wrong type of amino acid for them, and they take it to make lots of new viruses and then crush and die. No more cold! L-Lysine also is good for cold sores, flu, even some of other viral infections. Don’t take L-Lysine if no cold, flu or cold sores and don’t take it all the time.
I went to my family doc 7-25-07, after having problems for aprox. 3 weeks. I was also in for a follow-up regarding something. He diagnosed a sinus problem and prescribed Fluticasone Propionate Nasal Spray 50 mcg. per spray, 2 x in each nostril, 1 x daily. After this only being my 4th day of use, ( we had an experiment going), I'm much better; I have an occasional sinus headache flare-up, but not as it was. The Fungus count here in the Dallas/ Ft Worth / Metroplex has been atrocious (over 4,000 today)! Suggest this to your doc, since each situation is different and the spray requires a script. It may help you. Good luck!
It seems as if u have bad allergies.
Did u get a new pet? plant? did u move to a new city?
It is normal for a cough to last long, sometimes a month, but I dont know about the headaches.
