I have a cluster of blemishes on my face that won't go away. What's wrong?

They've been there for almost 6mos and it's a giant cluster of pimples on the bottom of my cheek on the left side of my face. What can I do to make them go away? They also make my jaw look swollen. My sister and mom just stare at me in disgust.

It could be pimples but it also could be a rash maybe you are using something your skin doesn't like. If it is pimples then you could ask your doctor about putting you on medication such as tetracycline like I use

Try changing your skin care regimen or talking to your dermatologist to get an acne plan. He/she can get you prescription creams that will help clear up your skin for a relatively cheap price. It could also be acne scarring - let your dermatologist diagnose this and ask for any creams for getting rid of scars if this is the case.
