I want to get to sleeping with my mouth closed & not open because I always end up with a sore throat when --?

Question:
it's open! What can I do!?

Answers:
You probably need to be seen by an Ear, nose and throat specialist. The reason you're sleeping with your mouth open is probably due to sinus issues, ie. not being able to breathe through your nose or enlarged tonsils and adenoids.
stop swallowing spiders...then your throat won't hurt!
Tie something under your chin. It'll take a LONG time to get used to and it'll probably come off during the night for the first couple weeks but you can get used to it.
