awe hon im really sorry i know how painful it can be, in general people with endometriosis do find it hard to concieve but as uve proved its not impossible, they can laser the extra stuff away to make it a little easier on u, hope that helps xxx
firstly congratulations on the wedding 2ndly breathe my love it will be OK
heres a bit if my story
diagnosed with endiometriosis and PCOS, poly cystic ovary syndrome at 25 after my 1st child and following HELLISH periods and rushed to A and E after retaining bits of the placenta blood everywhere - not pretty and made it with about 45 mins to spare
Was told that conceving would be difficult but not overly bothered at the propect of ahving any more children so played fast and loose with contraception - hence 2nd child some 15 months later
endometriosis improved greatly as it often does after childbirth but gradually hellish periods returned went to GP refered to Gyny clinic was again advised that a 3rd child wasnt looking easy wouldnt you know it with in 3 months pregnant again - in fact the next time I saw my obstrericion was in my booking in appointment as which point I asked him to please stop telling me I couldnt have anymore children as each time he did I fell pregnant
So after a little bit of surgery to clean me up after a 3rd retained placenta I asked why this kept happening - was advised that it may be linked to endometriosis but as it could hinder further conception it shouldnt be a problem
The next one did take 4 years to arrive and not for the want of trying no explanation it just did but the last one so far was a total suprise
I now have 5 kids, each one shouldnt be here according to my gyny man and I might go again I havent decided but this will be the last time
So the best aid to having a large family is to let nature sort it out - stress is the enemy of getting pregnant - enjoy your wedding, enjoy your child
Endometriosis is terrible and very sore.I know as I have it.Luckily for me I had my children completed by then
It does make it harder for u to get pregnant, but there are ways of helping.During pregnancy, the pain DOES go away,as you are not menstruating nemore. It will come back most likely though.I have had the laproscope and believe me,it's not a big scar.Ask ur doc for keyhole surgery if you need it.3 questions I was asked to find out if I had it were; 1.Do u sometimes find it difficult to urinate? 2.Diarrhoea/Constipation 3.Lower back pain or Abdominal pain.I have enclosed a link to let you read more about ur condition, and hope it helps.Good luck on ur marriage :)
