Heartburn/heartattack?

Question:
Hi i am 16 yrs old male and ive been getting palpitations for almost 2 months now. But now i am getting burning/aching pain under my left breast and occasionally my right. I could also feel it sometimes on my left side of my body (where the rib cage is). I noticed my hands have been kinda numb and my left arm/wrist has some aching pain when i move it in a certain way. The pain comes and goes and has been happening for 4 days now. I also noticed i have alot of gas for ive been burping alot.
I did have an EKG done a while ago and it came back okay but that was a while ago(turns out i was having an anxiety attack at the time) Also i am skinny and pretty fit for the most part since i play alot of sports. Could this be serious?

Answers:
First go see a doctor-it will take a load off your mind. The stomach stuff, combined with weird pains could be a nutritional problem, combined with over excertion. But really, this is an odd combo of symptoms.
Since you are only 16 and having all these odd symptoms and asking about them on line I would say they could be serious. You should talk to your parents or another adult you trust to take you to the doctor to have more tests. You also may be worrying and having panic or anxiety attacks. You should see a psychologist about that if that is the problem. You are too young to be worrying like that. Look into the symptoms - don't let it go.
i would ask your doctor about it he might refer you to a cardiologist
