Is it okay to work out with a cold?

Question:
I'm just getting over strep throat but now have a cold I've taken the past 5 days off and am starting to feel a little better but now have a cold. Is it okay to start getting back to my work out?

Answers:
Yes, a light work out would be fine, nothing to hard though because even if your feeling better your body is still not 100%. I would suggest a light jog to get your respitory system going, then do whatever else you want to work on. Stop if you feel you are doing to much though, you dont want to make yourself sick again with something worse.
Yes, but take it easy. Your body needs to recover after a hard work out and it's still recovering from the cold.

The endorphins may make you feel good right away but your recovery from the cold will take longer.
JUST GIVE IT AGO IF YOU DONT FEEL UP TO IT YOU CAN ALWAYS STOP.
yes take it easy and try and keep warm even tho you think you might be gettin better.
