Do burn marks fade over time?
Question:
Answers:
long term treatment to prevent scarring or loss of function due to contractures(as skin heals it can tighten reducing how much you can move - a skin graft is necessary to repair this). daily moisturiser, daily stretches - talk to a physio, pressure bandages like tubigrip, massaging the scar. this all reduce/flatten the scar and minimise the need for further treatment/surgery. always keeps scars out of the sun - always covered with clothing.

finally if you are really worried go to a hospital that has a burns unit or plastic surgeons. serious sunburn i.e. blisters (and all other burns) should be seen by a burns trained doctor or nurse.
They will fade a bit over time but may never go away completely. There are creams you can use to help scars fade.
Depends on how severe it is. But, yes, they will over time.
IF THERE SURFACE BURNS YES THEY WILL FADE BUT IF THERE DEEP AND BAD YOU NIGHT NOT BE SO LUCKY BUT THEN EVERY ONE HEALS AT A DIFFERENT RATE
It depends on the degree of the burn. 1st degree- yes they will fade over time. 2nd degree- they will fade too but will take much longer. It could be months. 3rd degree- It depends on the location and what type of treatment was given at the time of the burn. You could consult a plastic surgeon to get a professional opinion.
even sunburns marks can stay, the other day one guy was asking about an 8 month burn mark
very little of it goes away I believe, there are some creams that may help, maybe a plastic surgeon?
like the guy above me said, it depends on the degree and what was done right after the burn
different layers of skin forms the upper covering of ur body. the outer most layer is composed of dead skin and usually shed everyday. depending upon the extent of burns relating to different layers the fading of marks depends. if its a minor burn the marks will go away but in case of major burns reaching to all the layers of skin (and some time muscle tissue also) the marks are more likely to persist
Depends on how bad the burn is. I had burns on my arms from hot water, and by the time I was in middle school, they were gone.
