Does rectal prolapse affect the way one walks?
Question:
mood?how?
Answers:
If the rectal prolapse results in protrussion (rectum hangs outside of anus) then yes, of course, it would cause problems with walking and sitting. It would also be painful so that could very well affect a persons' mood. No humor intended but it really is a pain in the butt.
Now, there is also rectal prolapse internal intussusception which means that the prolapse does not extend outside the anus. This form of prolapse causes problems having bowel movements so could also affect the persons' mood.
A person's mood could be irritability and frustration (due to feeling uncomfortable) as well as depression and anger. Any time someone doesn't feel well, it is reflected in their mood and/or body language.
If a formal diagnosis has not been made, it is best to see a doctor. This condition is also totally treatable so no one should have to suffer.
