Hi, My 2 year dauther is suffering from Nephrotic Syndrome. Can anybody advice if Homeo teratment is better?

There are ALOT of homeopathic treatments that are nephrotoxic (toxic to the kidneys) and the practitioner's are unaware of this, so I'd actually go with your doctor's advice on this one... You really need to be careful especially with the kidneys when it comes to alternative therapy..
