Dry pimple! HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?

Question:
My pimple is SUPER DRY. SO DRY, that I KNOW if I TOUCH IT, or BRUSH IT, IT'll LEAVE A SCAR.

It's those kinds. Has anyone experienced those? I hate thoseee. because I can't get rid of them.

How do you get rid of them without leaving a scar?!? It seems impossible!

P.S. - I have these white things on my face. But their NOT WHITEHEADS. It's like small, and its like a strand. What are those called and how do I get rid of them?

Answers:
When I have those dry pimples, I put Neosporin and a Band-Aid on it overnight. It really helps make it go away AND reduces the chance of a scar. No on will ever know, because I do it at night. My husband has gotten used to the fact that once in a while I sleep with a Band-Aid on my face :)
Use gentle exfoliants regularly. You get those because your skin is trying to cleanse itself and the the overlying skin is too tough and dry.
Don't worry I think i can help you! First what you want to do is wash your face really well. Then what you should do is heat up some water and steam your face. This should take you about 5-10 min. Do this by putting the hot water in a container and lowering your face into it, but not touching! Make sure steam hits the trouble stops. Then pat dry your face with a towel. Your face should now feel very fresh. Apply a little tooth paste to the pimple and white strands and leave on for at least 10 min. Your face should clear up by tomorrow!

Good Luck!
