Starving should only be practiced under extreme control - there are special sanatoriums where that is practiced. Starving yourself won't help you lose weight effectively but may indeed help you die starving. One of the most common effects of random starving is serious kidney problems and you do not want to go through such a nightmare, believe me (btw, kidney problems take you to hospital, where lack of exercise helps you gain weight).
You'd better consult a specialist for finding out the diet which will serve you best. What I will suggest is - eat more fruit, they make you feel full and provide you with vitamins. Drink a lot of water - not drinking enough will result in appearing to lose a pound or two but that's not healthy - you don't want to lose vital water, you want to lose fat and drinking water helps you get rid of toxins and reduce cellulite. You may eat almost anything without feeling guilty if you don't have too much of it.
And of course, exercise does help. Dance, baby - even if you are alone at home. Go for walks. Enjoy movement.

I don't honestly think you have anorexia, but you do have some sort of eating disorder, which you need to get help for.
Go and see your doctor as soon as you can, starving yourself like this will not help you lose weight, you will just end up fainting, or damaging your body.

If you have access to a doctor or a therapist, that's who you should talk to first. But you should ask yourself, is this something I can control by will power? If you answer yes, it's probably not anorexia, but another eating disorder.
Either way, it helps to talk to someone before it becomes a lethal threat.
You are not a failure. Losing weight should happen by being healthy, not starving. Exercise, eat sensible, drink plenty of water. When you eat, you are not asking to be bullied, you are living. You can't live without food.
The worst thing you can do is not eat. Your body will start storing more, and burning less. It's a survival method, so a person can't starve themselves.
If this feeling of failure persists, talk to someone about it. A counselor, a doctor, someone. Don't do this to yourself. If you give up, then the people who have bullied you are going to win. Don't let that happen. Be a fighter, and beat this battle.
Get some help. Don't wait. There are weight counselors that can help you. Dieticians can provide you the tools you need to stay at a healthy weight. Anorexia can cause serious and life changing health issues. ie, high blood pressure, female issues among many others. Don't wait. My daughter is living with the consequences of this disease now and it is not fun.
Just eat healthily and regularly (3 square meals a day- Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) and stop fussing about your weight because you, like most of us have, have saw what happens when u starve yourself, Im pretty sure you dont want heart failiure? As that is what can happen to anorexics

You need to eat fruits and veggies and lots of water. But excersise for 20-30 mins a day off fairly intense workout.
Yes, you definitely have an eating disorder, and you need help to overcome it. Talk with your doctor, or check your local phone book for an eating disorder helpline.
The bullying is never your fault - it is THEIR decision to call you names, THEIR decision to be mean and hurtful. People like that will continue to harass you no matter what you look like - if they can't pick on you for your weight, they will pick on you for your skin color or your hairstyle or because you cry easy or some other stupid reason. It's not your fault.
However, it is YOUR decision to let their words have power over you. Their taunts only hurt you because you let them, because you choose to listen. If you choose to ignore them or laught at them, then their words because just meaningless ounds, and can't hurt you or influence your actions.
You need to get professional help immediately. Please don't be afraid to ask for you help - because if you don't eat and don't try to beat this, you are going to kill yourself. Dead skinny or dead fat, you are still DEAD, and that is far worse than anything else you can encounter. You need to realize that "underweight" is actually unhealthy, not some ideal goal - you only focused on what you have to lose to be underweight, not whether or not you're in a healthy normal range.
Please get help - you don't have to live your life unhealthy and miserable, and you don't have to die to be beautiful.
so why are you being like this..?has someone said you look a pound over weight??or have you got a problem with your own body..?you do not to be UNDER weight to look and feel good...seems you got a hidden agenda and are using the weight thing as a excuse...to cry out for help...WELL IF SO SAY SO AND GO TO YOUR GP...we all got our problems.I'm 5'11" and weigh 17stone in English money...but i get on with life and not worried about fitting in to the size 0 cloths.you are born a certain way...you can only stop weight gain by eating a controlled diet...you are heading down the road to DEATH>>>>>WAKE UP///AND GET SOME HELP BEFORE YOU ARE ,,,.six feet down..plus you no you got a problem so you can deal with it in the right way.seek help..
