Listen kid, we are very lucky, instead of turning to a help forum on a web portal, society has trained people to specifically deal with medical questions, they call these people doctors. You will shocked to learn that they actually have doctors for testicles. So get out the phonebook call one and make an appointment. The people who answer this arent going to give you sound medical advice and even if they did, there is a reason doctor's appointments are in person not over the phone.
