YES! I have had HPV for five years and have donated over and over again.
Probably no. I mean, if you know you have HPV and you tell them, they will most likely say no. But most people with HPV don't know they have it and it's not a dangerous virus so I don't think there's screening for it. And most people since they don't know they have it, they donate blood. That's why doctors say everyone is exposed to it.
