Hi, i got my chest waxed maybe 18 hours ago and it has broken out in tiny little red bumps! i havent put any cream or anything on this since i got it done! what can i use to clear it up and fast??! as i am going on a sun holiday tommorow! Thanks.

The red bumps occurred because of the irritation caused by the waxing that was done. To help ease it you can try some triple antibiotic ointment but I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well because it's the weekend to see what they suggest.
