After every 20-30 days I develop reddish sore eye(called sty)?

I had em alot too. A sty is is an clogged folical. I finally saw an eye doctor who lanced them to help the folicals drain. Never knew you has folicals inside your eyelids. The stys were always in the same area on my eye. I haven't had one since and it has been over 5yrs.
Won't lie, even with freezing my eye lids it hurt, just for an instant and then i had a black eye for awhile. But worth it
i get these alot too. my eye doctor said they are caused by stress and rubbing your eyes while stressed or tired. he told me to wash my eyes with johnson's baby shampoo. he also gave me an eyedrop prescription which i never use. the shampoo seems to help, and they usually go away within a day or two.
