Can anyone at any age be diagnosed with Peripheral arterial disease?

Question:
Just curious and where can I find more info about people under 30 being diagnosed with the disease? And can it be just in one leg not both?

Answers:
In general, it's uncommon for people under 30 to get PAD. we've had people in their late 30's with severe PAD. However, they usually have poorly controlled diabetes and are heavy smokers. Family history can also be a factor.

And yes, it can happen in one leg. Not often, but it can happen.
