You should be concerned of course. Men can get breast cancer also, and that is a symptom. There are also less serious things that can cause that. Certain medications (Lexapro, for one) in rare cases can cause this. I've also heard smoking pot can lead to moobs, but I don't know about secretions. Hope this helps a bit.
