1% hydrocortisone cream as Jen H recommended. Also look at what is causing it - I suffered with it for months and eventually managed to work out that it was a Tesco handwash I was using at work. Other handwashes do it as well, so I've found one that doesn't (Dettox).
1% hydrocortisone cream (you can buy it over the counter in any pharmacy) - apply sparingly twice a day for 7 days.
Go to the Doctor and get some cream. Dermatitis is not like dry skin, an over the counter cream will just make it feel better. If you just want that, get some cow udder cream. They get really sore and cracked and the cream is EXCELLENT!
try E 45 cream...
Do you come into contact with latex ie do you wear gloves in your work or when gardening? the blue or white ones that come in a box like tissues.
My wife worked in the NHS and had to stop wearing them due to an allergic reaction( they provided an alternative)
