Chest pain/ lower neck pain and harder to breathe.?

Question:
About a week ago I started noticing that I was getting headaches and nausea while I was at work. When I went home, I started getting chest pains and it was harder for me to breathe. My BP and heart rate are normal when I checked. I went to the doc and he couldnt find anything. Well now I still have minor chest pains but I can still feel that it's harder to breathe now. There are also pains in my lower neck. Also, I always spit out white foam even though I drink water constantly. Even from time to time, I feel like I'm not hungry and don't eat which is not normal for me. I'm about 5' 9" at 170lbs. Basically anytime I do something quite physical, it's harder for me to breathe. I am 18 and I don't smoke or drink. Does anybody know what this might be?

Answers:
I would go to another doc and get a second opinion, it sounds like you are exhibiting some of the signs and symptoms of a heart condition, and you should be checked out again. hope this helps.
There are a lot of things that could be wrong including stress. If you are having chest pains and difficulty breathing - get to Dr. right away!!!
Have you had a chest xray? Sounds like it could be a lung condition to me, possibly pneumonia.
a lot of things can cause chest pain. This doesn't sound like a heart problem. I'll agree with another answer, have your lungs examined. Keep going to the doctor or to a different doctor until a cause is found.
