Answers:
Either you damaged you ear drum and the best for that is to let it heal itself, stop using the head phones, or possibly you pushed wax into it which you can take a baby sytringe or eye dropper, and put a few drops of peroxide in your ear, allow it to fizz a few seconds then tilt your head over the sink to release the peroxide. Do this a few times (no more than 3x) until it feels better. then leave it alone for a day or so-if it doesn't improve then yes, you may just need to see a doctor so no permenant damage occurs- even if you don't have insurance, it is a small price to pay to save your hearing.
Just try not to stick anything in your ears for a few days or so. I hope this works.
Hmmm, try going out and getting some ear ache drops that have chammomille in them, it almost always helps me.
try putting a heating pad on your ear, maybe that will help some.
Try taking some ibuprofin.
You might have an ear infection, and if the pain keeps up, you might NEED to see a doctor for some antibiotics.
Especially if you're dizzy or nauseous (SP?? lol).
The only reason headphones should make your ears hurt is if they are too loud, or you wear them a lot (causes ear infections. It basically turns your ear canal into a bacteria incubator!)
Have you had a bath or shower today? Sometimes I have unusually painfull reactions to having water in my ear, especially when it's knocked loose.
Lean your head to the effected side and see if that makes it better or worse, if so, it's probably just water, and yess, popping probably makes it hurt worse. Try that swimmers ear stuff.
Good luck, sorry you're hurting so bad, I'm prayin for ya!
