Multiple scelosis or something?
Question:
Also sometimes in class I will keep bouncing my leg up and down (although this does not bother me and im sure is normal, even if i do it all day.)
This has been interfering with my practicing and I've decided quite some time ago that I cant do this for a living becuase of it. (the only way I can actually stop the shaking is get into some weird position involving my elbows to rest on my knees or leaning to the side.) I just wanna know exacly whats wrong with me
Answers:
It could be restless legs syndrome. There is medication available for it. You could try the medication and see if it works.
Yahoo news just had a huge news story on it yesterday.
When I had a chiropractic exam with x-ray, I found out that one of my nerves was impinged. I had every symptom that occurs when the nerve is impinged including restless legs. I got the adjustments and 25 years later, I haven't had many symptoms. Prior to the chiropractic adjustment, I took lots of Vit E which helped my leg nerves, but I can't remember why.
You will have to see a doctor. Maybe restless leg
RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome) is a possibility. I'm bouncing my legs up and down right now.
Go see a doctor. You may have it or something similar.
That honestly really sounds like very typical restless leg syndrome!
Ask your doctor about it next time you see him/her.
You may also be having nerve problems.
Make sure you're getting plenty of GOOD sleep (if it's not good sleep, it might as well NOT be sleep at all!) drinking lots of water, and getting plenty of exercise.
Sometimes it can be something as simple as having too much physical energy, and you just need to wear your butt out! :-D
I hope that's all it is!
