I have mild acne and i'm going to exercise cuz sweating helps your acne?

Question:
but when i exercise i'm afraid i will get sunburn so it is ok to put on some sun screen when i'm exercising will it clog my pore when im sweating? or maybe some moisturizer with spf 15 will it clog my pore ? or should i put on no cream on my face when im exercising? should i first cleanse my face with a facial wash before going to exercise? or exercise without cleaning my face and without any cream on and go home afterward washing my face with a cleanser and putting on the cream such as moisturizer? Like when you sweat it actually opens up your pores to get rid of toxin, but even if you wear an oil-free sunscreen wouldn't the sunscreen go into your pore and clog it? i don't understand how it is oil-free when you put it on your face when the pore open it will go into the pore?

Answers:
well, yeah: when you exercise you sweat, and that makes acne worse, so just wash your face after exercising!
Sweat glands open differentlt than sebaceous glands. Sweating will not help acne.

Read this- Acne & Sweat

Acne mechanica develops if you sweat more and the sweat is accompanied by some pressure and/or rubbing.

Sweat is produced by sweat glands and acne forms on the hair follicles. There is no direct connection between the two. Excessive sweating will not reduce the acne. It may increase acne.
