Is systolic blood pressure 146, diastolic 75, pulse 68 good or bad for 23 year old male?
Question:

the "old" rule was your age + 100 for systolic, & nothing over 90 for dyastolic. That's been downgraded for dyastolic, not sure about systolic. But, I'd have it rechecked. The systolic sounds too high.
Its a little higher then MDs want blood pressure to be. You would be considered pre-hypertensive, They prefer Systolic to be 100-120, but really you are basically normal. I would be estatic to have the blood pressure!!
Systolic should be 140 or lower. Diastolic good. Pulse good. Systolic probably high due to anxiousness.
146 is high for you. 75 for diastolic is ok. Pulse is great. You should be around 110-120/70.
75 is okay... 146 is too high. Get checked by a doctor.. oh and you really should ask questions like of your doctor.. not people here. I mean there are some really nice and well meaning people and answers on here, but its almost like asking a question like if there is a bone sticking through your skin should you see a doctor?
It depends on the situation. In a stressful situation this BP would not be out of the ordinary. The pulse would be good. Some people suffer from a condition referred to as "White Coater Syndrome", in which their stress level is raised upon examination by a doctor. This results in consistantly raised BP readings.
If I were to take this BP in the back of my ambulance, I would not be alarmed. As a resting BP... it might be a little high.
Same thing... what is your condition when you are taking your BP?
Stress, exercise, anger can increase your BP. Best time to take is when you just woke up from a peaceful interrupted sleep.
