No, that's just a silly game kids play. Someone tells you that, and when you put your hand up to your face they push your hand into your face. Don't worry, the size of your hand has nothing to do with any medical condition.
What I think is amusing is how many people actually sat there with their hands in front of their faces to see if the hand was bigger.
