I would go and get something with salacylic acid in it.
check out neutrogena they make some good salacylic acid products. The biore clean pore line also does.
The secret to acne free skin is hormone regulation (which you have no control over) and clear pores. Make sure to wash your face 2x a day and use lotion as well.
I used to use a package called Proactiv; you've probably noticed the commercials for it on the television. It's fairly inexpensive and has much more "cleansing power" than most store brand cleansers.

I would recommend that route. My acne has slowed down drastically so I don't have a need for such a powerful cleanser; now I just use a mild Wall-mart brand facial cleanser. Maybe if your acne just flares up on occassion and isn't bad all the time that would be your best route. Either way, good luck!

2. Bacon fat because it brings it to a head faster.
