an anal fistula is a small hole leading from your rectum to either your skin (like skin on buttocks) or a connection from the rectal area to your bladder (so you could pee out poop) or your uterus if you're a female (so you could have fecal discharge coming out of your vagina).
A fistula is a hole from part of the inside of your body to the outside. So i guess that would be one thats by ur anal area!
