If cardio is so good for your heart after heart problems why does it make me feel weak sometimes?

It is supposed to make you feel more energetic, not weak. If it makes you feel weak, It could be that your body is still adjusting to exercise (especially if you are not used to it or if you are doing something new) Or it could be that you are overdoing it. Depending on the condition of your body, you may need to go easier. If you are running, try walking or doing something a little less. Cardio should increase your heart rate and make you sweat, but it should not make you hyperventilate, or get dizzy. You might also look up your target heart range (there are charts online and at gyms, Dr's offices, etc. and follow that. If you can't talk while doing it, it might be too much. You might also talk to your doctor and ask for suggestions on what to do. The trick is to start off small and then increase gradually. It is also better to do something easier for a longer time than doing something hard for a shorter time.

Also remember to drink plenty of water, eat enough (especially after working out. Dieting and cutting calories is good, but don't cut too many calories. Your body still needs enough for energy.) and take vitamins for strength, and get enough sleep. Lack of nourishment and rest can also make a person weak, and this is even more true when you are exercising.

what she said. that is crazy if it makes u weak, it's suppose to make u stronger not weak, I'll look up on that just give me your e-mail and I'll give it to u.
I am sure your whole body is weak due to the heart attacks. Cardio makes your heart work in turn cleans your veins out. If you feel real weak after a work out I wouldn't go as long the next time. You heart is weak and needs to work up to a good work out. Persistence is the key to helping your body right now. Work out everyday even if it's only 10 minutes a day. Do it for yourself. Don't live to exercise, exercise to live. You are young, strive to make your body cooperate with living.
