that is the craziest thing i've heard of in a long, long time. there are too many people with this virus for that to happen and it is against their civil rights.

No. It would just help if people were honest with their sexual partners and it wouldn't be a problem.
Um no...the U.S. already knows who has HIV. When a patient is tested for HIV and it is positive their name is sent to CDC. It is kept in their files as a positive patient. So... I don't see the purpose of a camp~~!
thats just stupid. Most people who know they have aids are not spreading it, and are probably more cautious than people who dont have ( or dont know they have it)

The concentrated danger could be a major problem, just imagine if all of them spit into the toilet and contaminated the water supply. Their body fluids could be used as a dangerous weapon against their guards.
It could criminalize study on HIV/AIDS and it will bring back the Nazi Death Camps.
It will set back all programs to get HIV testing, to accept people with AIDS and to try and bring the problem out in the public so it can be treated. Those not caught in the round up would hide, continue to have unprotected sex, and so spread the disease. They would do so deliberately as an attack against the forces that started the program, causing civil war.
To be even silly enough to think this plan will work is to be politically naive.
