I'm not sure how old you are but usually the hair and nails are the first things that start to show signs of aging...this is because when the body's immune system becomes compromised, the body pretty much cares very little about your hair and nails and much more about your vital organs...in all seriousness, if this holds up, I'd recommend making sure that you're hydrated...like 3 liters of water a day...Also, make sure you start loading up on antioxidants(vitamin c, e, a, selinium, and alpha lipoic acid). I also cause this made my skin, hair and nails healthier than ever, get yourself a juicer. Start making fresh juices everyday mixing sweet fruits with dark leafy veggies like kale and parsley...trust me, this will bring that nice color back to your nails, and make you healthier too!
Do you eat a lot of carrots? You could have a condition called hypercarotinemia.
Do you use sunless tanner that you rub in with your fingers? Maybe the excess tanner is causing the skin to look weird.
