I have this type of pimple problem, help me!?

Now i just want clearer skin with no pimples or acne er w/e. I dont have acne or puss or. Im not sure if these things are called pimples, i have these bumpy things on my skin, my doc said its cus of too much sugar intake that i develope these weird bumpy spots, it hink they are imples. what product can i get from a supermarket that treats it to get clearer skin. i just want clearer skin, not acne removal, cus acne is red.
