If a person were to take Nitroquick and not have pains in their chest, what could happen?

It helps the blood vessels relax so the heart can beat easier, and get oxygen more to the heart easily through stiffened blood vessels.
Exercise will jack up your blood pressure. Higher pressure and weakened/softened vessels is not a good idea. You don't want to do both at the same time, as any weak areas in your blood vessels may stretch and become aneurysmal, or become small ballooned aneurysms, or simply rupture. Doing it over and over may make rupture much more likely.
Now, if your doctor suggested it, that's one thing. My doctor said I might try that to make warming up easier. But I do cardiac rehab exercise, which does not raise my blood pressure a lot. But I chose to do my warm-up, and save the nitro for chest pain.
Why in the world would you do that? It thins the blood and could rapidly lower your blood pressure causing you to black out in a flash. That could be very dangerous on some gym apparatus, not to mention be a very dumb thing to do.
if it has nitroglycerin in it, doesn't that cause splitting migraines also?
Don't do it.your blood pressure will drop and you will get a killer headache.and that's before you pass out and then die. Are you crazy?
Nitroquick should not be taken during your work out as it can cause dizziness etc ,you must rest when you have taken it
Nitroglycerin is a vasodilator. It relaxes the vessels around your heart, opening them. If you take nitrotabs, your blood pressure will in most cases drop and can cause dizziness and lightheadedness. I would not recommend working out on this medication.
You'll get a headache. Beeg Juan is wrong. Nitroglycerin tablets do not thin the blood, they dilate blood vessels.
