Small blood vessels reside in a bodies ears and can be damaged by sound?

Question: Proven fact the vessels can rupture, the heart can be affected by loud noises and vibrations, the small blood vessels in one's legs can be ruptured by same. Do we suppose that testicular blood vessels could be affected? Should we not rethink those loud sterioes on wheels known as automobiles?
