Weird Breathing...sometimes it feels like im suddenly breathing heavy?


Question:
It happens once a day or less, ill all of a sudden realize im breathing kinda heavily and taking deepish breaths as if i havent taken a breath in a minute or 2. could i be holding my breath w/o really realizing it?? is it a sign of a problem?

Answers:
anxiety maybe, but I would go to a doctor to have it checked out.
