Can this be Endometriosis?

Question:
5 days now it feels like my stomach is warm, and its very little twitches? I am 43 years old. I never have cramps at my periods are very regular every 29-30 days? I read that it could also be premenapause? Today after work im going to get a EPT? .
I dont have HIns yet so I am starting to worry. Its very strange?

Answers:
I would not jump to that conclusion. There is a lot involved in a diagnoses of such. See you GYN for an exam.
Endometriosis pain should happen with every periods, severe crippling pain.
Most likely you are beginning your menapause stage of life. Endometriosis tends to be very very painful, because it is blood collecting outside of your uterus in your abdominal cavity. The blood has no where to exit so this build up becomes very painful. You might also just have a minor bug or flu. If you are very nervous always consult a physician and ask for an ultrasound. :) Hope this helps!
When was your last Ob/Gyn exam. If it has not been for awhile then you need one soon. The symptoms that you are describing could be endometriosis, or it could be anything from fibroid tumors which are non-malignant to uterine cancer. You really need to consult an OB/Gyn doctor. And yes you could also be with child , that could be a reason for what you are describing.
"Never had cramps with my period" -- that tells me right there its not Endo. Absolutely dibilitating, knock you out and make you vomit, feels like transition-stage of laborr -- those kinds of pains.

I've read that the peri-menopausal time frame is age 41-50 so you may be in the early stages. Your OB/GYN will be helpful. There's always the "spit test", which will tell you what your hormone levels are, and your doctor can help interpret them for you.

Take deep breaths, try to stay calm. Stressing over it doesn't help and just feels yucky anyway. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Good luck,
Regina
Hi There~

Sorry this is concerning you and I would have to agree with the others posts here to schedule an appt. with your OB/GYN if your really worried as soon as possible to help ease your mind.

The symptoms you describe do not seem to be those that are quiet common with endo. However; there have been some rare cases of endo patients who never had pain and it was later discovered by a diagnostic laparoscopy which is the only way to tell if endo is present.

I hope this helps. :)
Hi I have endometriosis, but its an awful lot of pain!! Not warm & with little twitches.

Sorry. Is it possible what you have is gas? I'm not trying to undermine you at all!! But endometriosis feels like you have been literally kicked in the lower back!

It feels like eagle talons in the through the pelvic area & it feels like insane fire on every area around every organ.

Just in case you needed to know!

Take care & I hope you aren't very sick!!
