Everytime I go away ona flight I come back with a real bad cold and chest infection. I had heard of a spray?

I had heard of a spray you can buy to combat germs from air conditioning has anyone any recomendations at all as this outs me off my holiday. Thanks

I don't know of a spray, but I know of someone who always wears a surgeon's mask (a cyclists', SARS or DIY mask would work too) when he flies, so as not to breathe in the recycled air. Always works.

U can buy First Defence in chemist's.This will help in the fight with colds,etc.The reason U pick up the cold,etc.,is that the air onboard is just recycled,therefor U get everyone else's colds/flu's.
