Diagnose my symptoms doctor?

Question:

I had very bad abdominal and rectal pain only once 3 weeks ago and then today I had bloody stool, but i had no pain. My family has no real history of stomach cancer or cancer of any kind. I feel good and healthy.

the only thing i could think of is that I had unprotected sex a week before the abdominal pain. It was only fellatio but I know you can still get something from that.

are these symptoms of stomach cancer, stomach virus, or some std? I am going to see a doctor, but i would like some kind of information now.

I am an RN since 1994 so please head my advice!More than likely it isnt an STD but could be someting much more serious, could be somethig as simple as internal hemorroids to an obstructed bowel or ulcerative colonitis or anything. I dont know your age but i wouldnt worry about cancer. You probably need a colonoscopy either way. BUT PlEASE Go see your doctor immediately! Bloody stools can always be considered an emergency. It doesnt sound like any STD i know of. Bloody stools can be something simple or serious but PLEASE, go see doctor now!!

I havent heard of an STD that causes this. It is likely something with your stomach or intestines. Some digestive more than it is an STD.

It could be a stomach virus or irritable bowel. Best to get it checked out by your doctor.

You need the doctors opinion because you could have a variety of problems like colon cancer, blood clotting disorder, crohns disease, iron poisioning, pre-leukemia, peptic ulcer, or colon polyps. So you need to see a doctor ASAP.

Sounds like constipation and maybe hemorrhoids. Go to the doctor to be sure.
