* Pains, (often severe), in the upper-to-middle back area,(Between the shoulder blades),, that radiate through to the chest area
* Uncontrollable shaking
* Occasional vomiting after eating foods that are sweet
* Extreme fatigue

My first thought is gallbladder problem. Greasy food would make it worse, and pain can be severe in the back.
