Tongue's problem please answer??

Question:

hi,am 27 female,my tongue was very normal all my life but befor 10 months i noticed that its shape is changed,i mean edges arround it become somekind of groove,some extras and some pits, so what's this case?? is this an infection,disease,or normal changes ?and what's the causative agent? and how can i cure it?by what medecations?
however i don't feel any pain or anything else, but the problem that is the shape of my tongue is bad,so what i do please help..

no it could be just the food youeatinf have you eat anything you have never ate before maybe you should see you doc.

do you ever wake up with your teeth or jaw hurting? I grind my teeth like CRAZY in my sleep which often leads to me pressing my tongue against the inside of my mouth, so I occasionally have the same problem. BUT i have had other times when I have eaten too much sugar or salt (or anything really acidic) and my tongue has been covered in bumps too. Watch what you eat and buy a cheap bite plate in the dental care aisle and see if that helps. If not, go to the doc.
