I think I have polycystic ovary syndrome. Can someone who has it tell me a little about it?

I am irregular and I have many other symptoms. Should i be worried? Does it affect fertility? I am young and i dont want kids now but I will in the next few years. Are there medications I should be on? Does it affect my health in other ways? Does it make you gain weight? I just need to know somethings before I really look into getting help. Please help me!
