Wats gonna happen?

well about 2 mnths ago, my great aunt, aged 81, went to the hospital a series of times with a series of mini strokes and got a shint put in in her leg to stop the blood from clotting. She also had a triple bypass surgery about 2 years ago. My nana, her sister, just went to the hospital this week for bad back pain. She went to the doctor and they told her she needed to see a chiropractor immeadiately, get her eyes checked, and that she was boarderline diabetic. Now her hand is swollen, black and blue, and very warm. My aunt doesnt do her excersizes and probably doesnt take all of the medicine she was given, even tho we insist every other day. My aunt is also very forgetful and its worsening! Now neither of them may not be able to go on our huge family vacation, which means the world to me. I am sooo depressed over this cause i am very close to them. I dont think i ever wanna go to OBX again without them if something bad happens. What should i do? are they gonna be okay? wats ur opinion?

If your immediate goal is to have them join in the big family vacation, you should be able to accomplish that.

Get together with other family members and work out a plan so that someone is with your great aunt and nana all the time, helping them, making sure they're OK, keeping them company when they can't participate in some activities.

Have the family plan low-key activities that they can join in on. Now might be a good time to plan a night of sharing old family stories and history.
Take lots of pictures. Spend time with them. Gather happy memories. Make this vacation really count.

leave them at home. ty to find a professional that can help them during the day that will remind them to take their medication and maybe help them do their excersizes?
