The doctor said he needed a sample sometime today, but I strained so hard choking it off that I popped an O-Ring. Should I try to rinse this one off or go get a few burritos and try again later? Will it wash clean or break apart? I eat lots of cheese so I think maybe it will hold up as long as I don't soak it with the dishes for too long.

no ,don't wash it =take it in so the Dr can see it and he/she will give you or tell you what to have to make the stool softer
if you try to rinse it in anyway it will take off anything else the Dr might be looking for too
