I have 25 yr old gelding, Nose bleeds for the last 3 summers, Vet checked, inflamed nasal passage on one side,

Is this something we just have to live with , is there anything else to do, Mostly nasal drainage tinged with blood. Vet said, all vitals are good for his age. Constant daily thing. Thanks

IF you have a barn that you can enclose and let some kind of humidifier run, try that.
