Did you stop eating many eggs a week cause of high cholesterol?

Question:
A new study says that it's fine to eat as many as you want a day.

Answers:
You need to properly reference the study, article title, author, journal it was published in, date published. We need to be able to independently evaluate and judge the data, then decide if it applies to our situation or not.
really? because i love eggs. can you give us the link to the article?
I believe that you have misread the studies. There was a time when myself and physicians in general regarded eggs as something to be avoided by those with lipid (cholesterol) disorders. Over time it became clear that we had miscalculated the amount of cholesterol in eggs. We had thought that 1 or 2 eggs a week was the maximum allowed although at present it looks as if 1 or 2 a day is OK - as long as your lipid profile is monitored and remains normal.
I eat 7 egg whites everyday for breakfast.
