I got burn and now the old skin has got off away, but not i have a lighter skin it is go off to stay that way?

Well, depending on how badly you were burned, It could be that either
a.)
The skin you see now is scar tissue. That discoloration could gradually fade into the same color as the surrounding area.
OR
b.)
The skin that has grown back is just a repaired, newly formed layer of skin. If you are of the more tanned persuasion, the new skin could just be your natural skin color. After normal sun exposure, it may or may not fade into become the same color at some point in time.
Either way, depending on the severity of the burn, it will return to normal.
it is a scar. It will lesson with time. Put lotion on it regularily
