Rox have a bath and put oakmeal in a muslim bag don't add any soap or bubble bath. Soak for at least an hour. This is great cure for eczema
there are creams for excema...
a lot of times excema comes from having allergies to certain foods...so you might want to get an allergy test done.
I too have eczema and there is a cure in a book called somthing like cures they don't want you to know about. But it's really not poosible to do. You drink only a certain type of juice fo a month and no food. There are many ways to control it. I use Elidel.
aww hun im sry u got it, i had to back in the day, my inner arms, backs of my legs, and towards the end i had it on my throat/neck a bit...a doctor will never suggest tanning because of all the "skin cancer risks" but im not telling you to go everyday, i go in just a level 1 bed tho for about 20min once a week, and it keeps my eczema under control, something about tanning/drying out ur top skin layers helps it, i also use Triamcinolone its a cream/ointment that helps, u can get it from ur doctor.i like the clear ointment one better, than the white cream.but i rarely use it anyways cuz i dont break out often at all...i usually only get it back when i get stressed.good luck hun ;)
