Im sick and have a sinus infection and sore throat:?

i just got back from a cruise to mexico and i really dont feel well.my bro remembers a virus that ppl get on boats.does anyone have any info about this?

I would go see a doctor for sure, sounds more like a bacterial infection. He'll probably give you something like Zithromax or Levaquin.
