but to get rid of eczema just use Elidel. it works great
If you have to use detergents (most of them can trigger skin conditions): wear vinyl gloves (rubber makes your hands sweat and it's not good for eczema).
If your eczema doesn't go away on its own: try champori anti-eczema cream. It's natural, contains no steroids and works well.
