You have to tell him, we need to sit down and make your guest list... make a date, go out to dinner or cook him dinner and after help him to make out the guest list. tell him IF he doesn't then you can't get married and you aren't going to change the date again, its this time or never.and mean it!
Why did you put this question under diseases and conditions? Maybe that's a sign.along with having to cancel your wedding 2 other times!
Either he's a procrastinator or he's getting cold feet. Don't ask him again & see what happens. I hope it's the first one.
