FIRST SEIZURE, please please help!?

Question:
I really need your help. I had a full body seizure just this past Friday and this morning my muscle weakness is so bad. I can't type without my arms stinging. Even texting hurts them. I am unable to stand now without help. I'm hoping this is just normal post seizure pain, but then I ask myself, shouldn't the pain be getting better, not worse?
Blood tests came back normal. Having a CT scan today. Worried. I don't know what's going on. Please, if you have heard of anything like what I am describing....Thank you very much.

Answers:
Some people complain of muscle pain. Your body tensed up for the duration of your seizure and you may have had some mild sprains going on there. Tell your doctor and take some walks to keep the muscles loose, and give you time to think and know that you are going to be ok. Lots of people have epilepsy and live great lives.
I assume you mean you had a grand mal seizure? I have not heard of people having muscular pain after a seizure. Have you told your doctor about this? It could be so many things, that asking on this website is not going to solve it. You really need to speak to a GP about this, or in your case your neurologist, which I assume you will be consulting for the seizures.
yes, i had them b4, its scary but normal...
I think it could be due to medicines also, anyway, you should be taking rest till they make a proper diagnosis and start a definite treatment. Or , weren't you advised like that?
Good luck!
